Hourly Payment: Clients pay hourly if free support hours are exceeded.
Payment Deadline: Payment must be made 40-60 days before renewal.
Additional Features: Extra features require additional cost, reflected in Admin Panel Dashboard offers.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
We don't have a payment refund policy. Once a client purchases a plan and it gets activated, no payment will be refunded.
Our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brahman WebTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
